Is the client connecting to the server? If not, you'll first need to troubleshoot the client's network and the client's ability to connect.
From the client machine:
Ping the server's IP address.
Telnet to port 4282 of the server's IP address.
If you cannot do these things, then the client is experiencing a network issue.
If you can successfully connect via telnet, then check the client configuration:
Open up the client UI
Verify that the PRO Server Host is the PRO Server's correct IP address or
DNS name. Format is: hostname:port or ip:port (port is optional).
For an existing client installation: Go to Settings > Account and view the PRO Server primary and secondary addresses.
For a new client installation: verify that the PRO Server Address field on the login screen is the PRO Server's correct IP address or
DNS name.
Verify that the Internet address and port matches what you used for telnet above.
