On the Organizations page you can view a list of organizations (and child orgs) for which you are authorized. Use the commands on the Organizations navigation menu to:

The list of organizations displays the following information about the organizations that you can view.
Click a name in the list of organizations to view more detailed information about that org. When you view an organization, you can use the commands on the Organization navigation menu to perform organization-related tasks.

Use Show All Users command when you want see a list of all the users associated with this org.
Click a name in the list of organizations to view more detailed information about that user. When user details are displayed, you can perform user-related tasks.

Use the Default User Settings command on the Organization menu to set the user defaults for the encryption key policy, mount point and backup destinations for new users in an organization.
WARNING: The Default User Settings page is one of the most powerful in the PRO Server admin console. Be careful. A few clicks on this page can result in removing all of the backup archives for any computers belonging to the entire organizational tree.

Removing an active destination from existing computers will IMMEDIATELY remove all backup archives stored at that destination as soon as you click Save. You will not see a confirmation massage.
When you attempt to remove destinations AND apply that change to existing users, warnings appear in the Admin Console.
Use the Default Client Settings command to specify default client preferences for an organization, including which files to include or exclude when backing up, plus security, network and general preferences.

If Custom Config is not checked, the Default Client Settings window looks like this. In this case, you are viewing the Publish Default Client Settings window. In this window you can only publish (push down) settings to users and child orgs. You cannot make changes to the settings.
To make changes to settings, click the Custom Config button. The window in which you can make changes looks like this:
