Licensing
Overview
Use the Licensing features to review and purchase new licenses, plus manage your licenses. The components of PRO Server licensing includes:
- Master License Key : approximately 150-character identifier that unlocks the functionality of CrashPlan PRO and identifies your servers as yours
- Registration Key : 16-character string that identifies your Organization with CrashPlan and is tied to your Master License Key
- Product Key : approximately 80-character encoded license that represents the seat licenses you've purchased and is tied to your Master License Key
Viewing Licensing Info
The Licensing page displays the following licensing information:

| e | Extend | Link to CrashPlan PRO store |
| f | Name | The name for this group of seats associated with this license |
| g | Seats | The number of seats under this license |
| h | Purchase Date | Date when license was purchased |
| i | remove | Link to remove this product |
Edit Master Key
Use the Edit Master Key command to change the Master Key.
Reference Diagram
- Paste in the new Master Key (a) and click Save (b).
Add Product Key
A Product Key corresponds to each seat license you've purchased. Use the Add Product Key command to change the Product Key.

- Paste in the new Product Key (a) and click Save (b).
Purchase Licenses
Use the Purchase License command to go the CrashPlan shopping cart.
- On the navigation menu, click Purchase License.
Make your selections on the shopping cart page.
Registration Info
Use the Registration Info command to view details about to whom this license is registered. This information is read-only.
