In the admin console, everything about computer storage and backup status is summarized by user.
Tip: Paste GUID for any computer in the search box to jump directly to the computer detail screen.
When you click a computer the Computer Attributes and Backup Destinations screen opens. The top part of the screen displays information about the selected computer.
The bottom part of the screen displays information about the destinations to which this computer is backing up.

Use the Deauthorize command to deauthorize a computer. This logs the user out of the PRO Client and prevents the client from backing up, restoring or changing settings without logging in again. No archives are cleaned up when you deauthorize a computer. Deauthorize a computer when you suspect a computer has been misplaced, but perhaps cannot confirm that it is lost or stolen.
If the computer is found, instruct the user to re-log in.

Use the Restart Backup Engine command when you want to shutdown and restart the client backup engine (Also known as “background service”).
Use the Scan Client Folders command when you want to force CrashPlan to look for changed files in this client's folders to backup.
Use the Pause / Resume Backup command to temporarily halt a backup that is currently in progress or correspondingly resume a paused backup.
Use the Find Client in Logs command to locate record of client activity in the system log file.
Use the Mount Point command to move all of this computer's data from the current mount point (Source Mount Point) to another mount point (Destination Mount Point).

Use the Maintain w/o Interrupt command to perform archive maintenance that takes precedence over all backup operations.
Use the Reset Archive command to remove backup data at this destination that originated from this location. If this client continues to back up to this destination the archive will restart from the beginning.
Use the Deactivate Computer command to prevent someone from logging in to CrashPlan PRO from that specific computer and backing up. Also note deactivating a computer results in the loss of this user's archive on this computer. Use this command when a user confirms the loss of a computer.
An administrator can reactivate the computer from the admin console. Or the user can log in from another computer to restart backup or restore files.
Use the Restore Files command to select files to be restored. On the Restore page, you can specify where restored files should be saved, whether or not the restored file should be removed after 24 hours, and if you want to ZIP the restored files so you can download them. Regular users are limited to a 250MB cap. SYSADMIN users can restore any size and have the option to not zip up the data for download (critical for restoring multi-GB).
