On rare occasions a bad email message that prevents other emails from being processed is not being removed from the queue.
Before resetting the mail queue, be sure to back up your database.
Find your db folder for your operating system.
See
File Layout.
In (or near, depending on
OS) the db folder, locate the
activemq-data folder (or
jbossmq for versions prior to 2009-11-05).
Delete all the files and folders in that message queue folder.
Restart your PRO Server.
Do this only with full understanding that any and all email in the queue will be removed and unrecoverable.
