By default, anyone within an org that has the ADMIN or MANAGER role will receive weekly backup report for that org. You can change the settings so that the reports at different intervals and to different individuals.
Login to the management app
Click the Settings tab near the top
Click the “Edit Server Settings” link on the sidebar
Click the “Reports” link on the sidebar
Verify the checkbox called “Send reports to org managers”
You can also change the backup report interval and add non-user email addresses as recipients.
Click the “Organizations” tab near the top
Click an organization that you know has an ADMIN or MANAGER user in it
Click the “Edit Organization” link on the sidebar
Check to see if the “Use Server Defaults” radio button is selected for the “Alert and Report Notifications” header
If it is selected, that org is set-up to use the system alerts.
If it is not selected, you will see a “Reports” box similar to the one for the server.
