Adding Storage

Use the Add Storage command to specify storage devices. You can choose from two types of storage:

• Local Directory for local host
• Attach PRO Server for storage on another PRO Server

• Follow these instructions to specify local directory storage.
  

1. Click the Settings tab.
2. On the navigation menu, click Add Storage.
3. On the Storage Devices window, click Add Custom Directory.
   
4. Enter the hostname.
5. Enter the root folder location.
6. (optional) Enter any helpful notes.
7. Click Save.

Be sure to specify the network address before attaching a PRO Server. You will be able to save your changes only specifying a valid address.

• Follow these instructions to attach a PRO Server for storage.
  

1. Click the Settings tab.
2. On the navigation menu, click Add Storage.
3. On the Storage Devices window, click Attach PRO Server.
   
4. Enter the hostname.
5. Enter the PRO Server address.
6. Enter the PRO Server GUID.
7. Enter the PRO Server registration key.
8. Click Save.
