An admin can reset the user's password from the PRO Server or the user can go to the PRO Server's management interface and click forgot password from the login screen.
Yes. Archive data is removed from peer computers immediately. No waiting, no grace period. The data is gone and there is no way to get the data back.
The same holds true for data stored on a PRO Server unless the admin has set an archive retention period for the server. In that case, the archive stays around for the specified number of days before being deleted.
Yes, but not while continuing to use its existing backup archive. The archive encryption is based around the user account the computer belongs to, so moving an existing archive to a different account is impossible.
You can switch the account a computer belongs to by Deauthorizing the computer and logging it in again under the new user account. This will not affect the existing backup archive created from this computer while attached to the old account.
At this time there is only deactivation for Orgs, Users and Computers so that history is not lost. There is no way to entirely purge the records from your database.
There should be no need. PRO Server is designed to make it easy to create the individual user accounts when the client software is installed. As long as your users have the ip/hostname of your server and a Registration Key for an Org, then they can create an account within that org. One of these situations should apply to you:
