PRO Server cannot monitor itself. However, you could setup a simple monitoring service that accesses the admin web console's login page every hour or so.

Upgrading is a simple process of downloading an upgrade package and uploading it into your PRO Server. The PRO Clients update themselves automatically once the PRO Server has upgraded. You control when you upgrade.
CrashPlan PRO Server is standalone. You have total control over your server and clients and you do not need special permission from us.
We do not allow access into the Linux VM for support reasons. It's a “closed” appliance. If fact, feel free to block SSH access. No reason to have that open to world. SSH is only there for us to help you in emergencies.
The mount point stats are based on the disk as a whole, not just your repository directory. If there are other files on the mount point's disk, that space will be counted in the mount point's usage.
