Admin Restores

The Remote Restore feature allow administrators to restore files on behalf of a client / user from PRO Server's admin console. Use this feature when a user is unable to access or use their PRO Client desktop. Because the admin performs the restore in PRO Server, Remote Restore is also known as Admin Restore.

The Remote Restore feature provides the following benefits:

• Users who don't have access to their source computer can still have their files restored.
• Users who are unable to access or use their PRO Client desktop can still have their files restored.
